光照培養(yǎng)箱主要特點:
1、箱體的隔熱材料采用聚胺酯現(xiàn)場發(fā)泡的泡沫塑料,對外來熱(冷)源有較強的抗干擾能力。
2、內腔采用工程塑料成型工藝制作,有較強的抗腐蝕能力。
3、全玻璃式箱門方便觀察工作內腔。
4、為保護制冷壓縮機,控制線路設計有斷電保護和4分鐘延時功能。
5、溫度自動控制,采用紅色LFD顯示器顯示數(shù)字直觀清晰。
光照培養(yǎng)箱使用說明:
1、將培養(yǎng)箱放于平整堅實的地面上,調節(jié)箱體下端兩支撐螺桿,使箱體安置平穩(wěn)。
2、插上電源插座(電源應有良好接地),按下“電源開關”,顯示屏亮,此時顯示屏所顯示的是培養(yǎng)箱室內的實際溫度及其工作時間。
3、時間設定:時間設定包括“分鐘”與“小時”的設定。按下“SET”設置鍵,當“分鐘”數(shù)碼管顯示位的右下角小數(shù)點亮,即進入“分鐘”的設置狀態(tài),再按“”或“”鍵來確認培養(yǎng)箱本次工作的“分鐘”時間(至長為59分鐘);再按“SET”鍵,當“小時”數(shù)碼管顯示位的右下角小數(shù)點亮時,即進入“小時”的設置狀態(tài),再按“”或“”鍵來確認培養(yǎng)箱本次工作的“小時”時間(至長為99小時)。
4、溫度設定:按下“SET”鍵,當溫度顯示至后一位數(shù)碼管右下角的小數(shù)點亮時,即進入溫度的設置狀態(tài),再按“”或“”鍵來確認培養(yǎng)箱本次設定溫度(設定的溫度范圍為5~50)。
當上述3、4步驟完成時,按下“ENTER”確認鍵以確認培養(yǎng)箱本次工作時間及培養(yǎng)箱內的工作溫度(設定溫度)。注意:當溫度設定確認之后,不能隨意頻繁的來回設定溫度,以免壓縮機啟動頻繁,造成壓縮機出現(xiàn)過載現(xiàn)象,影響壓縮機的使用壽命。
5、如需查看培養(yǎng)箱本次所設的工作時間及溫度,按下“SET”鍵,顯示面板即顯示所設定的時間及溫度,再按下“ENTER”鍵,培養(yǎng)箱的顯示值回復到原來的工作狀態(tài)。
6、如培養(yǎng)箱內需要照明時,按下“照明開關”即可;如箱內不需照明時,應將面板上的照明開關置于“關”的位置,以免影響上層溫度。
光照培養(yǎng)箱注意事項及其維護
1、搬運時必須小心,箱體與水平面的夾角不得小于60°。
2、當使用溫度較低時,培養(yǎng)箱內會有冷凝水產生,應定期倒掉位于箱內底部積水盤內的積水。
3、為了保持設備的美觀,不得用酸或堿及其它腐蝕性物品來擦箱體表面,箱內可以用干布定期擦干。
4、當培養(yǎng)箱在停止使用時,應拔掉電源插頭。
5、培養(yǎng)箱距墻壁的距離應大于10cm,以確保制冷系統(tǒng)散熱良好。
6、室內應干燥,通風良好,相對濕度保持在85%以下,不應有腐蝕性物質存在,避免陽光直接照射在培養(yǎng)箱上。
7、所用電源必須具有可靠地線,確保培養(yǎng)箱地線與網(wǎng)電源的地線接觸可靠,防止漏電或網(wǎng)電源意外造成的危害。
常見光照培養(yǎng)箱此類儀器常見故障有:壓縮機不制冷,培養(yǎng)箱內溫度不均勻,或者循環(huán)風口結冰等現(xiàn)象。
平衡模式工作下壓縮機一直處于工作狀態(tài)制冷效果比較好且對壓縮機可以得到有效保養(yǎng)。
如果是單制式工作的話溫度降低到一定數(shù)值時才工作,開關門時都會引起溫度大幅度波動。造成壓縮機平凡啟動容易縮短其使用壽命。
溫度不均勻:有可能是排放物品過于密集造成或者箱內循環(huán)風機不工作用長光照的話時間久燈泡容易發(fā)熱也會造成溫度不均勻出風口結冰:每種制冷的儀器都會有化霜周期,在此期間內壓縮機不制冷??考訜嵩⒗淠魃系谋诨?。融化后的水很有可能會聚集到出風口導致結冰。

The main features

Directions for use
1. Place the incubator on a flat and solid ground and adjust the two supporting screws at the lower end of the cabinet to make the housing stable.
2. Plug in the socket (the power should be well grounded), press the "power switch", and the display screen will be on. The display screen shows the actual temperature and working time of the incubator room.
3. Time setting: time setting includes "minutes" and "hours". Press "SET" to enter the setting state of "minute" when the decimal point in the lower right corner of the display position of "minute" digital tube is bright. Then press "" or" "to confirm the" minute "time of the incubator work (the longest is 59 minutes). Press "SET" key again, when the decimal point in the lower right corner of the display position of "hour" digital tube is bright, that is to enter the setting state of "hour", and then press "" or" "key to confirm the" hour "time of the incubator work (the longest is 99 hours).
4, temperature setting: press "SET" button, when the temperature shows the last digit digital tube at the lower right corner of the decimal point, that is, enter the temperature setting state, and then press "" or" "button to confirm the incubator SET temperature (SET the temperature range of 5 ~ 50).
When the above steps 3 and 4 are completed, press "ENTER" to confirm the working time and working temperature in the incubator (set temperature). Note: when the temperature setting is confirmed, it is not allowed to set the temperature back and forth frequently, so as to avoid frequent startup of the compressor, which may cause overload of the compressor and affect the service life of the compressor.
5. If you need to check the working time and temperature SET by the incubator, press "SET" and the display panel will display the SET time and temperature. Then press "ENTER" and the display value of the incubator will return to the original working state.
6. If the incubator needs lighting, press the "lighting switch"; If the box does not need lighting, the lighting switch on the panel should be placed in the "off" position, so as not to affect the upper temperature.
Notes and maintenance
1. Care must be taken during handling. The Angle between the box body and the horizontal plane should not be less than 60°.
2. When the temperature is low, there will be condensed water in the incubator, and the water in the bottom of the tank should be poured out periodically.
3, in order to maintain the appearance of the equipment, do not use acid or alkali or other corrosive substances to wipe the surface of the box, the box can be wiped dry with dry cloth regularly.
4. Unplug the incubator when it is not in use.
5. The minimum distance from the incubator to the wall should be more than 10cm to ensure good heat dissipation of the refrigeration system.
6. The room should be dry and well-ventilated, with relative humidity below 85%, no corrosive substances, and avoid direct sunlight on the incubator.
7. The power supply must have a reliable ground wire to ensure that the ground wire of the box is in reliable contact with the ground wire of the network power supply to prevent the damage caused by leakage or accident of the network power supply.
Common failures of such instruments include: the compressor is not refrigerated, the temperature in the incubator is not even, or the circulation tuyere is frozen.
Under balanced mode, the compressor is always in working state with good refrigeration effect and can be effectively maintained.
If it is a single system of work when the temperature drops to a certain number of work, open or close the door will cause a large temperature fluctuations. Cause the compressor ordinary start easy to shorten its service life.
Uneven temperature: it is possible that the discharge items are too dense or the circulation fan in the box is not working for a long time. If the bulb is prone to heat for a long time, it will also cause uneven temperature. The air outlet will freeze. Use the heating element to melt the ice on the condenser. The melted water is likely to accumulate in the vents and freeze.
